Minimal intervention, maximum impact.
Times change, and the needs of a family in 2025 vary greatly from those of a family more than 50 years ago. Through a series of thoughtful and intentional design interventions, this 1971 home was renovated to suit the modern lifestyle of its new owners — all while maintaining the fundamental footprint and character of the original structure. With an emphasis on light, views, and connectivity throughout, the project serves as proof that small changes can yield sizable results.
