PREFIX KEY FOR LAYER LIST
!Used once for A-grid, throwing it to the top of the list.
+Drawing or annotation, no model, printed
OOption layers. Create as needed to temporarily store options. When an option is selected, move the selected option's elements to the correct A-layers, and delete any remaining O-layers.
A, C, D, F, L, M, P, S, etc.Architectural, Civil, Demo, Finish, Landscape, Plumbing, Structural
VSpecific to visualizaton or rendering.
XSpecific to software processes, not printed.
ZSpecific to building or design processes, not printed.
SUFFIX KEY FOR LAYER LIST
no suffixGood for both 3d and 2d printing and modeling at any paper scale
-12, 24, 48, 96, etcShorthand for annotation layers unique to a particular paper scale.
12 = 1"
24 = 1/2"
48 = 1/4"
96 = 1/8" and so forth
